金管會公布「櫃買市場投資人結構及交易行為分析」結果指出，在20網購人氣商品06年到2015年這10年間，上櫃股票市場買賣金額中，有84%是自然人，男性占近6成，並偏中高年齡層，逾40歲買賣金額占自然人交易79%，而且最愛投資生技股。
在上櫃股票市場投資人交易偏好部分，根據分析結果指出，上櫃股票市場以自然人為主，約占市場買賣金額8成，外資交易比重則呈長期緩步上揚趨勢。在自然人投資人中，以男性略多，由2006年占市場買賣金額55%，微幅上升至2015年的58%。
若以年齡區分，過去10年間以40歲至60歲自然人投資人為交易主力，約占上櫃股票市場自然人買賣金額50%，超過40歲以上投資人買賣金額則高達自然人交易79%，顯示上櫃股票市場自然人投資人較偏中高年齡層。
權證市場投資人交易偏好方面，分析結果顯示，權證市場也以自然人為主，占整體上櫃權證市場買賣金額99%以上，若以性別來看，以男性較多，占比也由2006年的62%，提升至2015年的71%，而自然人投資人中，以30歲至40歲為交易主力，約占權證市場自然人買賣金額40%。
至於上櫃股票市場特色產業投資人特性，生技產業投資人也以自然人為主，占生技產業買賣金額8成4以上。其中，男性略多，但占比從2006年的60%降至2015年的55%，而過去10年間，40歲至60歲自然人投資人為生技產業買賣主力，約占生技產業自然人買賣金額50%。
金管會過去也持續擴大當沖標的，這次分析2015年1月至2016年10月資料，2015年6月1日第一次擴大當沖標的後，當沖交易人數增加約93.39%、買賣金額攀升83.43%，2016年2月1日第二次擴大當沖標的後，與前次擴大當沖標的相較，雖當沖交易人數及買賣金額上升幅度較小，但整體而言仍有小幅成長。

台灣是洗腎大國，有8萬多人需固定洗腎，每年健保支出超過500億元，為了減少醫療支出，提高末期腎臟病的腎臟移植率，健保署祭出獎勵措施，針對可能邁入洗腎一途腎臟病患者，醫療團隊只要成功說服活體腎臟移植，就能獲得獎勵金5萬元。
目前全台約有8萬多名洗腎病人，且數字逐年增加，這些患者的門診給付費用，每年約450億元，住院費也將近150億元，洗腎與B型、C型肝炎號稱花費最高的慢性疾病，且每周固定時間洗腎，也大幅影響患者的生活品質。
若想改變洗腎的不便與龐大支出，健保署長李伯璋指出，對末期病人來說，最有效的方法就是換腎。不過據統計，國內每年有6000人左右登記換腎，但屍體腎臟移植僅200例，活體腎臟移植也才100例左右。
李伯璋表示，只要經過醫師審慎評估，家人捐贈的活體腎臟移植風險很低，不僅捐贈者不會受太大影響，也可提升受贈者的健康狀況，更能減少長久的醫療費用支出。平均來看，一名洗腎患者一年健保支出55萬元，一名換腎患者則是約30萬元。
李伯璋說，相對於肝病患者，若不換肝就會影響生命，腎臟病患者還有洗腎的選擇，因此活體腎臟捐贈，一直提升不起來。去年活體肝臟捐贈有500例，但活體腎僅100例。
為鼓勵活體腎臟捐贈，健保署今年「末期腎臟病前期之病人照護與衛教計畫」中，新增一項獎勵措施，如果醫療團隊透過衛教，成功鼓勵患者接受親人的腎臟捐贈，健保就獎勵5萬點。
北榮移植外科主任龍藉泉說，這樣的鼓勵方式應該會有效果，長遠來看，對健保的醫療支出，也是較佳且合理的選擇，且由原本照顧團隊中的醫師來說明，患者接受度也會比較高。
